Delivery of  Live Koi

Koi Deliveries via APC.

 

We offer Next Working Day delivery on koi shipments. We would prefer you to collect your koi in person, however, here at Niwa Nishikigoi, we appreciate this is not always possible.

 

Delivery days are on Thursdays. Please Contact Us to see if any other arrangements can be facilitated in certain circumstances. Ambient air temperatures must be suitable for us to consider shipping. The health and well being of the koi is paramount.

The charge for this service is £29.95 per box. Multiple koi can fit in one box.

We take every precaution to ensure that your koi arrive to you in the optimum condition possible. The boxes they are dispatched in are double walled, double bagged, with the correct level of water and oxygen. If more than one box is required, we will pack accordingly to provide the best conditions possible (dependant on size/quality of koi) Koi will not be sent unless we have confirmed a delivery date with you either by phone or by email. You must provide us with a contact number and email address.
